The big netbook forum question

This one is a big one for me but I would like to know if we can speak of OS X and installing it on non mac systems. I've been a member of Eee user forums for a while and theres members on there who have installed os x but can't discuss it which is quite annoying for the people who want to install it.

So I just want to know what's the bottom line on this.

They've got it working on a 901 with full hardware support? Thinking about installing OSX?

Yeah I thinking about it, I would upgrade the SSD, You change to wifi card to a dell one for airport to work, sound is almost fully done (See here. I prefer os x to windows for what I use a computer for really, Photoshop, Light video editing, Taking notes and internet.

So seeing as it has been discussed before can I take it that we can talk of OS X on here?

For Photoshop and video editing you wouldn't wanna use a more powerful machine? You can talk about anything under the sun here even weatherguy

For video rendering the Intel Atom would put you to sleep! I've never used Photoshop on a netbook but I think it'd be a nightmare on a 1024 x 600 screen. The toolbars would be half the screen!

I've done video editing, audio creation on mine and photo shop isn't bad at all.

Yeah, if you post about it you get all the ass-lickers wannabe mods saying "You can't talk of this, It's illegal!" And then they get deleted with no warning yet they have noting on the site that says what you can talk about and what you can't
